Katarina Erlandsson, PT DPT
Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS)

I specialize in the management of injury & pain among runners and endurance athletes. My physical therapy services are based on years of experience working with some of the nation's top sports medicine physicians and rehabilitation experts.

My approach to rehabilitation is that your lifestyle and regular training should play an integral part in your recovery. It's my goal to keep you running, and to keep you running well.

My passion for treating runners arose as I was practicing in a sports medicine clinic in Manhattan. Every year, the clinic would be inundated with runners training for the NYC Marathon. What I saw in runners was that despite their gruesome training schedules - and even though running is not always easy (or fun) - there seemed to be an intrinsic drive to keep going. That common drive and will to continue, whether an elite long-distance athlete or a slow-jogging weekend trotter,  makes runners a fascinating population to work with.

Katarina moved with her family to Madison, NJ, in the fall of 2020. She currently runs 4-5 times per week, is a member of Rose City Runners Club, and she's enjoying  the trails this area has to offer.
