My Background

What I do:

In-home prenatal massage, postnatal massage, and back to exercise consultations.


How I got here:

Having worked as a physical therapist for over a decade and as a massage therapist for even longer, I thought I knew my body quite well. This was all turned upside down when I experienced the ups and downs of pregnancy.

Going through pregnancy and childbirth - (and let's not forget the postpartum roller coaster!) - I realized there was so much more to our bodies and emotional health than I could have ever imagined. 

I knew instinctively that I wanted to be part of other women's experiences during these times, in some shape or form. 

Although my professional specialties have centered around sports and orthopedics, women's health around pregnancy and after childbirth continues to be special to me.

This is why it's important to me to offer body work and manual therapy to women during and after pregnancy, and to help mothers continue or renew their exercise routine.

My Approach

My approach to body work is to focus on relaxation and creating space for feeling comfortable in your own changing body. 

I meet you where you are at. Whether you want to get back into exercising, continue your current work out plan, or just revitalize, rejuvenate and relax through massage and manual therapy.
